Federal College Work Study

Federal work-study provides part-time jobs to undergraduate and graduate students to financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses.  The program encourages community service work  and work related to the student's course of study.

Eligibility: Students with financial need are allocated a specific amount of money they may earn by working up to 20 hours per week in various offices on and off campus

           

Possible amount:  Student may earn up to a maximum award amount allocated to them

           

Renewal Requirements:  Complete the FAFSA each year

           

Job Opportunities:   Employment opportunities are available on and off campus

 

Job Listings are posted outside the financial aid office (Wilbur 236) during the semester . 

 

Federal Work study earnings are not applied towards tuition, paid directly to the student
