Participants will learn about the health and wellness services offered by the Student Counseling Center and Health Services, along with Molloy’s partnership with Catholic Health and GoHealth. In addition, participants will be introduced to mindfulness skills to reduce stress and anxiety as they prepare for their first Fall semester at Molloy.
