    Chris Citera is an NYC-based actor, singer, and voice specialist who serves as Head of Voice and Music in the BFA Theatre Arts program at Molloy University/CAP21. He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Voice and Vocal Pedagogy at NYU Steinhardt and has previously taught in the BFA programs at Pace University and the University of Texas, Arlington.

    Chris earned his bachelor of music degree in voice and acting from Ithaca College, summa cum laude, and two graduate degrees in vocal pedagogy and music education (Ed.M, M.A.) from Teachers College, Columbia University, where he is currently pursuing his doctorate (Ed.DCT). He is a Recognized Vocologist with the Pan American Vocology Association (PAVA-RV) and holds the Distinguished Voice Professional Certificate from the New York Singing Teachers Association (NYSTA). In 2024, he received the Arthur Zankel Urban Fellowship for his work with the Singers’ Workshops at Teachers College, culminating in performances at Carnegie Hall. He is also part of the core faculty of BroadwayEvolved, a training intensive founded by Betsy Wolfe.

    An active researcher, Chris has presented on voice technique and peer-mentorship in applied voice at The Voice Foundation, the International Society for Music Education, and the International Congress of Voice Teachers. He also co-authored a chapter in Student-Centered Voice Pedagogy (Hoch & Goffi-Fynn, 2025).

    Committed to student-centered teaching, Chris emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and vocal independence, while fostering each student’s unique artistry and confidence.

    Helen Farmer (she/her) has served as Head of Acting at Molloy University/CAP21 since 2022.  As an actor her regional credits include: Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, The Stratford Festival, Crossroads Theater, The Classical Theatre Lab, Shakespeare in the Rough, Theatre and Co, Dorset Theatre, and Co-Lab Arts. New York theatre includes work with Ensemble Studio Theatre, Project Y Theatre, Boundless Theatre Project. Recent projects include: the US premiere of Kotryna Gesait’s “Cocoon”, the audio pod cast series “The Lovely Dark” and a workshop production at the Women In Theater Festival 2025. Originally Canadian, Helen was trained as an improviser at Keith Johnstone’s Loose Moose Theater, worked at Toronto’s Second City and is a veteran of several Fringe Festival shows. A Meisner trained actor Helen received an MFA in acting from Rutgers University’s MGSA.  She pursed Meisner teacher training with faculty at Rutgers where she taught in the BFA and MFA programs for 9 years. Recently, Helen was a panelist for ‘Mixing up Meisner: the evolution of the technique for the 21st century’at the 2025 ATHE conference.  Helen is a graduate of the Teaching Development Program through the National Alliance of Acting teachers, where she is an active member. She is also a certified Alexander Technique teacher and is pursuing her certification in Lucid Body, a physical acting technique.

    Melissa Firlit is a director and educator with national and international credits in new work, musical theatre, and contemporary plays. Her directing work has been seen at 59E59 Theaters (Jack Offerman’s Big Uncut Flick, Marrow, Goodbody), Mile Square Theatre (5 Times in One Night, Dracula), Luna Stage (Lonely Planet), Creede Repertory Theatre (Albert Porter, Boy Explorer, Seeds of Change, Best Foot Forward), and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (Conspiracy Theory G). Internationally, she has directed Misterman on tour in Ireland and multiple productions at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

    Melissa has developed and premiered new plays at Durango PlayFest, Theatre Row, FringeNYC, Project Y, Amphibian Stage, and the Thingamajig Playwrights Festival. Her musical credits include Beautiful, Jekyll & Hyde, West Side Story, and Aida. Additional play credits include Men on Boats, A Few Good Men, Circle Mirror Transformation, and The Pillowman. She is the Artistic Director of Resolve Productions, a NYC-based company dedicated to developing new theatrical work.

    At CAP21/Molloy University, Melissa teaches performance-based coursework including Devised Theatre, Vocal Performance, Senior Showcase, and MainStage Productions (9 to 5, Cabaret, Anything Goes, Pirates of Penzance). She has also taught Acting, Directing, and Comedy, mentoring students into the professional world.

    She previously led the summer musical theatre intensive at The College of Saint Rose and has taught with the National Theater Institute, McCarter Theatre Center, Fort Lewis College, CoLAB Arts, and more.

    She holds an MFA from Rutgers University and a BA from The University of Hartford.

    Aimée Francis is Director of Conservatory Logistics for the Molloy University/CAP21 BFA Program. She has been with CAP21 since 1998. She is also a Co-Founder and Artistic Director for Dirty Minds Theatre Company, a not-for-profit theatre dedicated to raising funds for NYC based LGBTQ charitable organizations. (www.dirtymindstheatrecompany.com).  Aimée hails from Michigan and is an alum of Western Michigan University where she studied Directing, Acting and Theatre Administration. Aimée has worn a variety of hats including Director, Teacher, Actress, Tour Manager and Administrator with such companies as The Augusta Barn Theatre (MI), Top Hat Productions (MI), Kidstuff Touring Musical Theatre (MI), Pennsylvania Stage Company (PA) and Jean Cocteau Repertory (NYC).  As a teacher, courses have included Musical Scene Study, Acting Scene Study, Vocal Performance and Script Analysis. Some favorite past directing experiences include Head Over Heels, Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party, Cry-Baby, CABARET, Into the Woods, Children of Eden, A Quiet End, The Frog Prince and Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune. Aimée also directed and co-authored an original musical piece entitled Hardback Fantasies and Paperback Secrets.  Aimée is honored to have been in the room with countless incredibly gifted alumni including artists who have received Tony Awards and Nominations, been principal roles on Broadway, in National Tours and at Regional Theaters.  Her former students can also be seen on the big screen and in television series.

    CHRIS O’CONNOR (Associate Professor) has been teaching at Molloy since 2016. He teaches acting, directing, playwriting, and directs productions and projects in the program. Recent professional directing projects include Kimberly Akimbo, Good People, Billy Bishop Goes to War and Two Gentlemen of Verona at Franklin Stage Company, where he appeared in the role of Al Manners in Trouble in Mind. As Founder and Former Artistic Director of the New Jersey regional theatre Mile Square Theatre, he is recipient of an Award of Excellence from the New Jersey Theatre Alliance. Chris produced 20 seasons for MST, including the Off-Broadway transfer of Erin Mallon’s The Net Will Appear. He directed over 30 plays at MST and conceived and annually produced 7th Inning Stretch: 7 10-minute plays about baseball. His baseball play The Mascots is included in Smith & Kraus’s Best 10-minute Plays of 2011. As an actor he has performed Off-Broadway and regionally in such theatres as Seattle’s A Contemporary Theatre, The Culture Project, Soho Rep, The Ahmanson Theatre, Gloucester Stage, Provisional Theatre of Los Angeles, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, The Ohio Theatre, The Bathhouse Theatre, Seattle Children's Theatre, and at City Theatre in Pittsburgh. TV credits include Magic City and Burn Notice, and he appears in the indie thriller Depraved and in Signe Baumane’s upcoming animated film Karmic Knot. Chris holds a BFA in acting from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MFA in directing from Rutgers University.

    KRISTYN POPE is grateful for this creative space and educational community.     Shannon Michael (Mike) Wamser is a New York City based Actor and Fight Director. As an actor he has been seen on exceptional stages around the US. Recent credits include the Provost in Measure for Measure with Interlochen Shakespeare Festival and Fight Directing Shakespeare in Love with Interlochen Arts Camp. Film/TV credits include "Interior," CBS's "Blue Bloods," "The Thing Before the Thing" (co-writer/actor/executive producer) and several award-winning short films. As a producer/director he has co-founded several companies over the years. His work has been seen in New York City, Los Angeles, the Edinburgh Fringe and with Teatre Polski in Poznan, Poland. He is a recognized Stage Combat instructor and Advanced Actor Combatant with Dueling Arts, International. Fight directing credits include Interlochen Arts Camp, Theatre Raleigh, The Secret Theatre, 59E59, Playhouse on Park, Laguna Playhouse, Flux Theatre Ensemble, New York Theatre Workshop. As an arts educator he has worked Center Theatre Group, A Noise Within, Laguna Playhouse, The Pasadena Playhouse, BAM, The Shakespeare Society, The Professional Performing Arts School, Interlochen Arts Camp, Stevens College, University of Hartford and The University of Miami. He holds a B.A. from DeSales University and MFA from Ohio University. He has continued his training with Padova Arts in Padua, Italy, with Movement Theatre Studio (NYC), Upright Citizens Brigade, the SITI Company, and with Grotowski experts Erica Fae and David Prete. He is a member of The National Alliance of Acting Teachers, SAG-AFTRA, and AEA.

    Alberto Bonilla has over 18 years of teaching on-camera technique in NYC. Alberto received his MFA from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts and his BFA from Arizona State University School of Film, Dance and Theater. In addition to the Stella Adler Studio, he has taught at TISH NYU, Maggie Flannigan Studio, and Terry Knickerbocker Studio. Alberto’s film & television credit include: WuTang Clan: an American Saga, FBI, The God Committee, Last Week tonight with John Oliver, Russian Doll, Iron Fist,Blue Bloods, Cop Out, My Best Friends Girl, Person of Interest, Sleep Walk with Me, Law and Order: CSI(recurring), The Sopranos and All My Children (recurring). Alberto has also directed numerous plays in NYC as well as a published playwright. He is a member of The National Association of Latino Producers, Hispanic Organization of Latino Actors, SAG-AFTRA, AEA.

    Peter Marciano is an actor, director and teacher from Syracuse, NY.  He is a Designated Linklater Teacher, having studied Voice and Shakespeare under Kristin Linklater. He trained with Louis Colaianni and is a Certified Colaianni Speech Practitioner, specializing in phonetics and dialects.  Alongside Colaianni, Peter is the coauthor of Authentic Voice and Speech. He has taught voice, movement, and acting at the MFA program at University of Southern California and Pace University, as well as at The Linklater Voice Centre, CAP21 at Molloy College, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NYFA, and KIMEP University in Kazakhstan. He has coached actors on Broadway, off-Broadway and National Tours, and leads workshops in acting, voice, and dialects. He holds an MFA in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School.

    Farah’s Broadway credits include Grease!, It Shoulda Been You and the TONY award winning revival of Nine among others. She is best known for her Off-Broadway roles in the cult hits I Love You Because and the Marvelous Wonderettes for which she received a Drama Desk nomination. Farah is a fixture of the New York concert and cabaret scene, performing regularly at Town Hall, Kaufman Center, 92 Y, Carnegie Hall and 54 Below. She has been performing as a pops artist with symphony orchestras all over the United States and Canada for over 20 years. Farah has been teaching at Molloy’s CAP 21 program since 2020. She has also taught as a Master Teacher at Wagner College, NYU Steinhardt and Temple University.     Jillian Carucci is a director, educator, mom, and the Associate Artistic Director of TheaterWorksUSA. She primarily focuses on creating quality theater for young audiences and supporting the voices of early career artists. She has worked Off-Broadway and regionally at theaters including The Hangar Theatre, Atlantic Acting School, McCarter Theatre Center, Keen Company, and Mile Square Theatre. Jillian has been teaching in the BFA Musical Theatre program at CAP21/Molloy University since 2014,  serves on the Directors Council of The Drama League and the Artistic Advisory Board at Forestburgh Playhouse, and is a 2017 Drama League Directors Project Fellowship recipient. www.jilliancarucci.com

    Sean Dougherty holds an M.F.A. from Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts, and has taught privately in both NYC and L.A. for over 10 years.  He has taught at Molloy University/Cap 21 in New York since 2009, and also teaches at the Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts in Connecticut. He began his teaching career at The Acting Corps in Los Angeles. His clients have worked in major motion pictures, primetime television, Broadway, off-Broadway, and dozens of commercials and regional theatres. As an actor, Sean has appeared in over 50 stage productions all over the United States, including Broadway and Off-Broadway, 30 national commercials, and a handful of television shows and films.

    Amina Henry is a Brooklyn-based playwright. Selected productions include: The Animals, Ducklings, Hunter John and Jane and The Johnsons, all at JACK (Brooklyn, NY), P.S. produced by Ars Nova (New York, NY), Little Rapes at Long Island University (The New Group), Nothing, Nothing at HERO Theatre (Los Angeles, CA), The Great Novel at New Light Theater, Happily Ever at Brooklyn College, and Bully at Interrobang Theater (Baltimore, MD), Clubbed Thumbs 2019 Winterworks, and SUNY Purchase, among other venues. Her work has been developed, produced and/or presented by: The New Group, Atlantic Theatre Company, Clubbed Thumb, New Georges, The Flea, Page 73, Project Y Theatre, National Black Theater, Dixon Place, The Brooklyn Generator, The Brick, Oregon Shakespeare Festival  (Ashland, OR), Kitchen Dog Theater (Dallas, TX), HERE Arts Center, and the cell.     Joi Danielle Price is a professional actor, writer, and musical theatre educator with extensive performing experience on Broadway, national tours, and regional stages. Her credits include Mamma Mia! (Ali, Broadway; Lisa, National Tour), Ragtime (Sarah u/s, National Tour), the New York Innovative Theatre Award-winning Raisin (Althea), and Tiny Beautiful Things (Sugar, Mile Square Theatre). Her teaching practice emphasizes the integration of text, musicianship, and authentic emotional connection. She fosters inclusive, rigorous, and student-centered learning environments that encourage artistic risk-taking. Joi has also taught masterclasses at Marywood University and Union City High School, guiding students in integrating acting technique with choreography. Her creative work includes The Raven Project, a dance-driven musical exploring the life of Raven Wilkinson, as well as other plays and musicals currently in development. She holds both a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.

    Eric is a writer, director, producer, and educator. His musicals include The Violet HourRadioactivePresto Change-oAround the WorldHello Out ThereEmmaThe Sixth Borough, and Additional Material for Clue, one of America’s most produced plays, which recently completed a national tour. Eric’s studio cast recording of The Violet Hour was named Best Cast Album of the Year by the Broadway Radio Show, has garnered millions of streams, and inspired a behind-the-scenes documentary. A major world premiere production is forthcoming. His songwriting has also been featured on the Apple TV+ animated musical series Central Park. With collaborator Will Reynolds, Eric won the Fred Ebb Award and numerous other honors. He spent years as assistant to legendary director and 21-time Tony Award winner Hal Prince.     Erin was a member of the OBC of the Tony Award Winning musical, Avenue Q. A graduate of CMU, she has also been seen in the musical Dave, at Arena Stage, Flower Drum Song 50th Anniversary Production as Madame Rita, and The King & I tour as Lady Thiang opposite Debby Boone. She has a recurring role on Law & Order, SVU as Dr Wright. She has also been seen on John Mulaney and the Sack Lunch Bunch, NYC 22, Damages, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, The Other Two, The Blacklist, in the feature films Tripped Up, The Mikado Project, and Man on the Ledge.

    Rob Rokicki (he/him) is a NYC based artist and educator. He wrote the music, lyrics & co-orchestrated the Broadway show, The Lightening Theif: The Percy Jackson Musical (book by Joe Tracz); nominated for Lortel, Off-Broadway Alliance, & three Drama Desk Awards. The acclaimed West End production is currently on tour. His graphic novel/musical, Monstersongs, has been licensed internationally & developed as a VR game. His Sapphic-oceanic-cult musical, Experience Marianas (with Sarah Beth Pfeifer), was a semifinalist for the O’Neill festival, developed at CAP21/Molloy. He co-arranged & orchestrated Punk Rock Girl! (book by Joe Iconis) & was a writer on BREATHE (book by Timothy McDonald & NY times best-selling novelist Jodi Picoult). Rob’s commissions include The Kennedy Center, BACT, & the film The Real Gemma Jordan (with Anna K. Jacobs). He’s a two-time Larson Award finalist, an alum of the BMI workshop, & Writer’s Council member for the National Writing Project.   • Devynn Brooks

    Devynn is a New York native with a lifelong passion for performance. She started as a violinist, appearing in the film Music of the Heart and national commercials for United Way and Macy’s. Her love for dance grew after joining the Repertory School for Theatre Arts, where she trained and performed with companies like Ballet Hispanico, the Martha Graham Dance Company, and The Ailey American Dance Theater. She has also performed in musicals such as Sweet Charity, West Side Story, and Once Upon a Mattress. In addition to her work in dance, Devynn is also an accomplished actor and model, with credits spanning television, film, and print. Her performance highlights include TLC’s Breaking Amish, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, halftime shows for the NY Liberty at Madison Square Garden and the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center, and an appearance on the Today Show with PMT Dance Company. Devynn is a passionate educator who teaches competitive dance and hip hop, helping students develop strong technique, creativity, and confidence through movement.

    Nicole Fox Davis (she/her) is a bi-coastal performer, teaching artist, and director with a passion for art through movement and story telling. A proud NJ Native, Fox is an alumnus from Penn State University where she studied Dance Stage Management and Dance Performance.  This background has excelled her career into working on and off stage as a performer and production coordinator.  With the knowledge of lights, sound, projections, video editing, and over 20 years of dance training, this transcended Fox with the capability to put together productions like no other on camera and live performance as a director, choreographer, and dancer.  Fox is currently with the Los Angeles based company, Liberate Artists, as a teaching artist, choreographer, and stage manager. She has the privilege of traveling around the country educating young artists in various styles such as hip hop, jazz, technique training, and audition workshops.

    Lori has performed and choreographed in theatres all over the country. She has toured nationally and internationally with West Side Story. She spent 9 summers at The Merry Go Round Playhouse as dance director where she choreographed over 16 shows. Her teaching career has spanned over the last 28 years. She has taught at New York University, Yale School of Drama, Amda, Broadway Dance Center, and Iceland Jazz Dance Company. She currently teaches at Marymount Manhattan College, and Molloy/CAP21. Lori has choreographed several Mainstage shows for NYU, and Molloy/CAP21. She also choreographs the Song and Dance Project for Molloy/CAP21. She is a proud member of Actors Equity Association and Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.

    Eureka is a dancer, actress, choreographer, and educator originally from Nara, Japan. Her performance credits span television, film, theater, and concert dance, including Succession (HBO Max), The Chair Company (HBO Max), Raising Kanan (STARZ), and stage productions at Ars Nova (Off-Broadway), the Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg, and Brooklyn Art Haus. As a dancer, she has performed with Pennsylvania Ballet, Dance Lab NY, and various New York City–based ballet companies, appearing at venues such as New Victory Theater, Symphony Space, and New York City Center. She was choreographer and featured dancer in Time to Pause, a Purpose Award–winning film featured at the Gothenburg and Shetland Film Festivals, and danced in Cosmos Within Us, a Raindance Award–winning immersive production. She was principal dancer in Conway the Machine’s music video “John Woo Flick”, and served as assistant choreographer for Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Transformations, directed by Glenn Close and Wynton Marsalis. Her commercial credits include Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Nike, and Samsung. A passionate educator, Eureka is also on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and teaches globally through her platform, Eureka Body.

    Matthew Prescott, born and raised in Idaho, graduated high school from Interlochen Arts Academy and a joining the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. He went on to perform with Donald Byrd’s Spectrum Dance Theater, Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet, Ballet NY, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, The Alabama Ballet, Armitage Gone! Dance, BalletX, Morphoses the Wheeldon Company, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and The Lyric Opera of Chicago. Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Chamber Dance Project, the Joffrey Ballet School, BalletX, and Interlochen Arts Academy have performed his choreography. Matthew made his Broadway debut in The Phantom of the Opera cast and was  the Resident Choreographer on the national tour of Billy Elliot, the Musical. Matthew is the Co-Artistic Director of Joffrey Musical Theater NYC and London, Vegas Jazz and Contemporary, Cirque Arts, and Vegas Ballet. He was part of the team that created, produced, and starred in the hit reality show Joffrey Elite. Matthew holds a BA in Dance and Theater from SUNY Empire State College and an MBA from SUNY Empire State University.

    John Scacchetti has performed on Broadway in the 2001 Revival of 42nd Street, and the 2008 Revival of Gypsy starring Patti LuPone. National Tour credits include 42nd Street, and My Fair Lady directed by Trevor Nunn and choreographed by Matthew Bourne. Regional credits include Phil Davis in Irving Berlin’s White Christmas (Arts Center of Coastal Carolina), Cosmo Brown in Singin’ in the Rain (Gateway Playhouse), George in The Drowsy Chaperone (The Cape Playhouse), Mike in A Chorus Line (Weston Playhouse), Slats in Good News!, and How to Succeed…(Goodspeed Opera House). As a teacher, John is currently on faculty at Wagner College, Molloy University, Montclair State University, and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. John has also taught at Western Carolina University, Youngstown State University, Ohio Northern University, Bradley University, and Belhaven University. John holds a BS in theatre performance from Bradley University, and an MFA in Dance from Montclair State University.

    Tommy is a Florida native, where he trained at New Tampa Dance Theatre.  Tommy graduated from The Ohio State University with a BFA in dance performance in 2005. He has performed with dre.dance, Nicholas Andre Dance, marInspired, and Kristin Sudekis Dance, and Parsons Dance. In addition to company work Tommy has been featured in several movies, musicals and TV shows. Recent highlights are being a principal member of American Dance Machine for the 21st Century, the pre-Broadway run of the new musical Roman Holiday and in the FX show, “Fosse/Verdon”. As a teacher he has taught at Peridance, Broadway Dance Center, Steps On Broadway, The Ohio State University, Adelphi University, Manhattanville College, Marymount Manhattan and many dance studios across the nation. While keeping up a diverse performance career he is currently is an adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan’s Musical Theatre Program. His latest achievement was being named the inaugural Legacy Teacher for ADM21 and a protégé with the Verdon/Fosse Legacy LLC.

    Monique Smith is an Honors graduate of the Fordham/Ailey BFA Program. Broadway credits include After Midnight, Memphis, and Hot Feet. She has performed with dance companies including Philadanco, Sonya Tayeh Dance, and Forces of Nature Dance Company. She has also performed for television and commercial projects, including SquareSpace, Sinatra: Voice for a Century, and Tony Awards. Monique is currently a faculty member at Marymount Manhattan College, Joffrey Ballet School, Youth America Grand Prix, and the Molloy/CAP21 BFA Program. She has worked as a director/choreographer for RWS Entertainment and choreographer for Fantasia Barrino. Monique was Associate Choreographer to Savion Glover (Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope/City Center) and Associate Choreographer to Ann Yee (Caroline, or Change/Broadway).

    Elliott Archer, tenor, received his Bachelor of Music degree from the School of Music at the University of Maryland, College Park. More recently, he completed his Master’s degree at Teachers College, Columbia University where he studied vocal pedagogy and conducted research centered on identifying effective practices in the applied voice studio. He currently teaches voice in BFA programs for the CAP21 Conservatory at Molloy University and the Boyer School of Music and Dance at Temple University. Elliott is a member of The National Association of Teachers of Singing where he serves as a mentor teacher. His students have been featured in regional, touring, Off-Broadway, and Broadway performances.

    Stephanie Bacastow is a New York City based actor and educator holding degrees in Vocal Performance from the University of Georgia and NYU, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy. In addition to serving on the voice faculties at Molloy/CAP21 and Long Island University, she maintains a busy private studio, working with singers who appear in national tours and regional theatres across the country. As a performer, some of her favorite credits include Barrington Stage Company’s acclaimed A Little Night Music, A Comedy of Tenors, Lend Me a Soprano, and multiple productions of Mary Poppins. She brings truth, vibrancy, and contagious energy to her work, all in service of authentic and compelling storytelling.

    Allie Barilla is a Long Island/NYC-based voice teacher with a background in classical and musical theatre training. She holds an M.A. in Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she studied voice pedagogy under Dr. Jeanne Goffi-Fynn, and a B.M. in Vocal Music Education from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN). A member of Actors' Equity, Allie has performed in numerous productions alongside Broadway talents such as Laura Benanti, Beth Leavel, Noah Galvin and Jason Gotay. She originated the role of Rose in the World Premier production of The Great American Mousical directed by Julie Andrews and choreographed by Christopher Gattelli. She was also cast to understudy Lauren Ambrose as Fanny Brice in the projected 2011 Broadway revival of Funny Girl. Allie is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and continues her professional development through workshops and mentorships, most recently attending Donald Gray Miller's Singing Voice Science Workshop and participating in the NATS-NYC chapter's voice teacher mentorship program where she was mentored by Tony Award winning voice teacher, Joan Lader.

    Dan Corica is a New York City–based voice teacher, coach, music director, and performer. He teaches private voice and Vocal Performance in the B.F.A. Theater Arts program at Molloy University/CAP21 Conservatory and previously served as an adjunct at NYU Steinhardt. Dan also runs a thriving private studio, working with singers from hobbyists to Broadway professionals. His teaching blends technical precision with expressive artistry, helping students uncover a voice that is both sustainable and uniquely their own. As a performer, he has toured nationally with TheaterworksUSA and appeared in New York with brooklyn theater club, FringeNYCJr, and The Heights Players, as well as at The Bitter End, 54 Below, and Town Hall. As a music director and pianist, he has appeared at White Eagle Hall, Columbia School of the Arts, and Green Room 42.     Michelle Cosentino (she/her) is an adjunct faculty member at Molloy/CAP21, where she teaches Private Voice and Vocal Performance II. She also teaches at Pace University and Marymount Manhattan College and runs her private voice studio, MC Studios, offering lessons, coaching, and accompaniment. Michelle holds degrees in Musical Theatre and Vocal Pedagogy from NYU and Classical Vocal Performance from Ithaca College. A proud member of Actors’ Equity, Michelle has performed internationally in Kinky Boots and regionally in On the Town and Legally Blonde. She’s passionate about developing new musicals and embraces her multi-hyphenate identity—frequently stepping into roles as director, music director, and sound designer. Michelle has lived in NYC for nine years and is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of theatre artists.     Anthony De Angelis is a composer, arranger, and pianist/conductor living in NYC.  As a composer, he’s had works produced Off-Broadway, on national tours, The Utah Fringe Festival, FUSE Productions in State College, PA, The PIT, WSU’s musical theater incubator program, Molloy University/CAP21, 54 Below, The Players Theatre, and Nazareth University.  His TYA show “The Prince’s New Pet” has been licensed by Dramatic Publishing.  His parody, SAW: The Musical is currently running off-Broadway, and is currently having a national tour.  His orchestrations and arrangements have been played by The New York Pops, The Cincinnati Pops, and The American Pops Orchestra with performances of his music featured on multiple PBS programs as well as at Lincoln Center and on the West End.  As a pianist and conductor, he’s worked on over 20 Broadway and Off-Broadway shows.

    Natalie Gray is a passionate teaching artist, recording artist, pianist, and composer/arranger, well-versed in varied genres. She holds an M.A. in Music & Music Education from Columbia University and a B.S. in Music Education from Hofstra University, where she was the recipient of the Herbert A. Deutsch Award for Excellence in Music Education. As an educator, Natalie led masterclasses in Vocal Technique for Broadway Evolved, Pop/Rock for the New York Singing Teachers Association, and Vocal Jazz Improvisation for Long Island High School for the Arts, and holds a Vocal Technique faculty position with Musical Theatre College Auditions (MTCA).     Alexa Green is best known for her turn as Glinda in the Los Angeles and San Francisco companies of the hit Broadway musical Wicked. Most notably, she appeared alongside Neil Patrick Harris and Patti LuPone in the international cinematic release of Stephen Sondheim’s Company with The New York Philharmonic live from Lincoln Center. Alexa has toured both nationally and internationally as a singer and actor on national tours and regionally and is passionate about the development of new musical theatre.     Emily (she/her) is a PreK–12 certified music educator (NYS and MA), voice teacher, multi-instrumentalist, and performer. She holds a MusB, summa cum laude, in music education and voice from Boston University, where she received the Massachusetts Music Educators Association’s Promising Future Music Educator Award, the School of Music’s Departmental Honor Award for Music Education, and the Academic Excellence Award as valedictorian. She is also a Pi Kappa Lambda member and Boston University Scarlet Key recipient. Emily earned an MA in music education with a voice pedagogy concentration from Teachers College, Columbia University and completed the Instructional Leadership Certificate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has presented on developmental singing voice at The Voice Foundation, ISME, and ICVT, and co-authored a chapter in Student-Centered Voice Pedagogy (Bloomsbury, 2025). Emily is Director of Music at Saint Ignatius Loyola School, a 2024 U.S. Blue Ribbon School, where she teaches K–8 music and directs the jazz ensemble and theater program.

    Michael Liepper is an educator and music director who works with students of all ages, helping them grow as artists and reach their goals. Prior to teaching, he worked on many creative projects in NYC; some favorites include Top Hat (Broadway Dance Lab, Chris Gattelli), The 23rd Annual Gypsy of the Year, and 92nd Street Y’s Lyrics and Lyricists: Stage Door Canteen: Broadway Responds to World War II. Most recently, he has been working with young performers in productions such as Audra McDonald’s Gypsy, Beauty and the Beast (North American Tour), Urinetown (Encores!), Les Misérables (U.S. Tour), The Hours (The Metropolitan Opera) and the upcoming Sound of Music North American Tour. He is honored to serve on the faculty of Molloy University/CAP21, where he continues to be inspired by his students’ dedication and artistry.  Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master’s from Columbia University, Teachers College.

    Amy Linden, originally from Cleveland, OH, is a lifelong Musical Theatre performer, Musical Director and Voice Teacher. She is a proud graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with degrees in Voice and Theatre, and holds a Masters in Music Education from CUNY Lehman College, as well as several additional Vocal Pedagogy certifications. She has also guest lectured in courses on Vocal Performance and Acting the Song. As a performer, Amy traveled the country on the First National Broadway Tour of The Bridges of Madison County and recently appeared Off-Broadway in The Magnificent Seven at Theatre Row. Locally, Amy has appeared in countless workshops, labs and concerts and lent her vocals to many demo recordings of new musicals. Amy is passionate about vocal health and a science-based approach to voice teaching, and feels honored to support the young artists of Molloy University/CAP21 as they prepare to begin their careers.

     Zach Miller is a New York City–based actor, singer, and voice teacher. He holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Penn State University, where he also studied voice pedagogy with a focus on Bel Canto/Can Belto, a cross-training technique for singing in musical theatre. Zach appeared in the national tour of Anything Goes and served as vocal captain and lead vocalist with Celebrity Cruises. Regional credits include Pittsburgh CLO, Music Theatre of Wichita, West Virginia Public Theatre, and The Connecticut Repertory Theatre. He actively tours with “Carole’s Kings” and “NYC3,” performing pop/rock repertoire nationwide. Zach is a proud member of AEA, NATS, and The Voice Foundation. He is currently on the voice faculty at Molloy University/CAP21, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and MTCA. His students have been accepted into competitive high school and B.F.A. programs in addition to working in regional, national touring, and Broadway productions.

    Daniel Andrés Navarrete-Estassi is a Mexican and Colombian-American bass-baritone whose performances have been recognized for their vocal richness, expressive depth, and commanding stage presence. His repertoire spans opera, art song, and musical theatre, with engagements including Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni in Don Giovanni, General Godofredo in Robert Xavier Rodriguez’s La Curandera, Marco and Pinellino in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, the Usher in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Trial by Jury, and both the Wolf and Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods.  In addition to his performance career, Mr. Navarrete-Estassi is an experienced conductor and educator, having led musical theater, opera, and choral ensembles. His pedagogical approach emphasizes healthy, sustainable technique, stylistic versatility, and expressive authenticity. He holds a BM in Vocal Performance and Music Education from San José State University, an MM in Classical Voice from the Manhattan School of Music, and is pursuing the DMA in Classical Voice.

    A lifelong singer, piano player, and athlete, Jeff was inspired to pursue an acting-focused career while pursuing his BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University, where he studied acting from Richard Gang, a mentee of William Esper. He continued studying acting in NYC with Terry Schreiber of T. Schreiber Studios while studying opera singing technique with Greta Damrau. After years of toggling between musical theatre, off-off Broadway plays, and very independent film, Jeff committed to full-time voice teaching, receiving his master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.  Select acting credits: Spring Awakening (National Tour), Rocky Horror (Brad), La Cage aux Folles (Jean-Michel), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Trevor Graydon), and many musical readings with NYU-Tisch and the BMI Workshop.     Nikisha Williams is a singer/actress originally from Alabama. She holds a master’s degree in choral conducting and a bachelor's degree in vocal performance from The University of Southern Mississippi. She spent three years as Director of Choirs at White Station High School where her leadership led to various choral accomplishments, including being a recipient of the Outstanding Young Music Educators award. In 2017, Nikisha joined the Broadway national tour of The Color Purple, where she was a swing and understudied the lead role of Celie. Soon after, she joined the national tour of Hamilton as an ensemble member, understudying all three Schuyler Sisters before taking over the role of Eliza Hamilton until 2024. She currently serves as associate choir director for the nonprofit organization, Broadway Inspirational Voices. Nikisha's passion and expertise has allowed her to lead vocal masterclasses across the country, sharing knowledge acquired from her experiences in the industry.

    Dianna Cortez is an award-winning interdisciplinary artist and voice coach based in New York City. A classically trained actor and singer (Equity Eligible), she is also an audiobook narrator specializing in voice, speech, and dialect coaching for theatre and film. Beyond performing, Dianna is a director, Butoh and experimental composer, and arthouse filmmaker.  She coaches actors both on and off-Broadway, including at The New Group Theatre with Ethan Hawke, Ed Harris, and Marisa Tomei, and in Liverpool with Kim Cattrall. She teaches at LIU Brooklyn/The New Group, Circle in the Square, S.U./Tepper, Molloy University/Cap 21, and in her private studio. Former Artistic Director of C.A.T., she is now Co-Artistic Director of Lucada Mélange, her arts collective. With a B.A. from C.M.U. and an M.F.A. from S.M.U., she is developing an experimental opera titled “Les Berceaux & The Lighthouse,” blending multiple artistic disciplines.
