Faculty Mentoring: Online Instruction

The Faculty Mentoring Program for Online Instruction is an initiative of the Mentoring Sub-Committee of the Faculty Professional Center. It was created by faculty, for faculty at all ranks, in all disciplines, in the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business, the School of Education and Human Services, and the Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing and Health Sciences.

The goal of this program is to have faculty who have been teaching online serve as mentors to provide support for faculty who are in the process of transitioning their face-to-face courses to online instruction. Faculty mentors assist with best practices in pedagogy and strategies for instruction and interactive student learning.

If you have questions about the program please contact the FacultyProfessionalCenter@molloy.edu.

If you have taken the courses Introduction to Canvas and Teach, Learn, Course Design Online (TLC) and would like additional help with preparing your courses for alternate delivery this summer and/or subsequent semesters, please visit the Faculty Development page of our BOL LibGuide.
