Strategic Plan Overview
Planning is the systematic approach to fulfilling Molloy’s mission and achieving the institution’s vision for the future. The Planning process is cyclical in nature, with year-end evaluations that feed into the development of operational plans for the coming year. This ensures that annual operating plans are aligned with the overall institutional Strategic Plan, and meet or exceed the standards set by the institution’s accrediting body, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, as well as any other program-level accrediting bodies.
