Leadership Development
At Molloy, leadership development extends far beyond the classroom. One of our signature leadership initiatives, Lead Like a Lion, is a collaborative program between Student Affairs and the Office of Mission and Ministry designed to help students grow as leaders in all aspects of their lives. Through engaging workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on learning opportunities, students develop the skills, confidence, and values needed to lead effectively on campus, in their communities, and in their future careers. Grounded in Molloy’s mission and commitment to holistic student development, Lead Like a Lion empowers students to discover their leadership potential and make a positive impact on the world around them.
