Molloy University, an institution rooted in the Catholic and Dominican tradition, is committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment. The University encourages all community members to report concerns so that appropriate support, resources, and responses may be provided. Please review the options below to determine the reporting pathway that best fits your situation. To access a reporting form, please click on the appropriate heading.
The University is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching the appropriate university personnel where you believe a policy or standard has been violated.

Immediate or Ongoing Safety Concerns

General Incident Report
Submit reports related to behavioral concerns, safety issues, or other non-academic matters not addressed by the options below. If you prefer to speak with Public Safety, please call 516-323-3500 or stop by the Command Center in the Maria Regina Annex.

Sexual Misconduct / Title IX
Sexual Misconduct / Title IX Report Form
Report incidents involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, stalking, or sex- or gender-based discrimination. Reports will be reviewed in accordance with Title IX and University policy.
Molloy University prohibits all forms of sex discrimination, including sexual misconduct, sexual assault, sexual coercion, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. If you have been the victim or you know someone who has been the victim of sex discrimination, including sexual misconduct, sexual assault, coercion, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence or stalking, you may report the incident using one of the reporting links below, or you can contact Lisa Miller, Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at 516-323-3046 or you can email at lmiller@molly.edu or titleixcoordinator@molloy.edu.
A Responsible Employee is a university employee who is obligated under the Sexual Misconduct Policy to share knowledge of incidents of sexual misconduct or related retaliation by employees or students to the Title IX Coordinator. A responsible employee must report all relevant details (obtained directly or indirectly) about the alleged sexual misconduct, sexual assault, sexual coercion, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. If you are an employee reporting on behalf of a student please remember to inform the student that you are not a confidential reporter and if they would like to speak to someone who is, they can contact the Student Counseling Center or Health Services.

Title VI – Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Report Form
Molloy University does not allow discrimination or harassment against applicants, students, faculty, or staff based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex or gender identity, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, ethnicity, genetic predisposition or carrier status, pregnancy, veteran or military status, citizenship status, or any other status or characteristic protected by law.
The University defines discrimination as actions that deprive other members of the community of educational or employment access, benefits or opportunities on the basis of a protected characteristic.
The University defines harassment as verbal or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual because of his/her protected characteristic(s), that has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work/academic environment and/or has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work/academic performance, or otherwise adversely affects an individual’s employment/academic work.

Bullying
Individuals who believe that they have been bullied or treated in a manner inconsistent with the Anti-Bullying Policy should report the alleged violation by reporting the alleged violation through EthicsPoint, emailing the University’s anti-bullying email address (antibullying@molloy.edu), contacting the Office of Mission Integration or Human Resources if an employee or campus visitor and the Office of Student Affairs if a student.
Molloy defines bullying as engaging in pervasive, persistent, and/or severe acts through verbal, physical, and/or social behaviors to intend physical, social, and/or psychological harm of another person. It only applies to misconduct that is not covered in the provisions of other University handbooks, rules, or policies, including, but not limited to the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement, the Americans with Disabilities Act Policy Statement, Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy, and the Sexual Misconduct Policy.

Care Team
The CARE Team aims to provide a multi-faceted approach to coordinate interventions that support students both in their academic and co-curricular pursuits. The team is also charged with identifying campus trends and eliminating barriers to student success. Please submit any concerns regarding a student’s well-being, behavior, or safety that may require assessment, support, or coordinated intervention.

Academic Integrity Policy Infraction
Academic Integrity Policy Infraction Report Form
Academic Integrity exists in an environment where students are committed to honesty and truth in scholarship and research. Based on the Dominican tradition of VERITAS (truth) and one of its pillars STUDY, academic integrity is striving to do one’s best work in a way that does not cheat, demean, or manipulate others. Report suspected academic dishonesty or violations of the University’s Academic Integrity Policy for review and follow-up.

Submitting a Report Anonymously
Anonymous and confidential reports may be submitted through Ethics Point:

The information you provide to Ethics Point will be shared with the appropriate University personnel, on an anonymous basis, if you should choose. If you choose to make an anonymous report, please know that by not revealing your name, it may hamper the University’s ability to investigate or resolve your complaint. Also be assured that Molloy prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, makes a complaint, voices concern or cooperates in an investigation.
Upon submission of an anonymous report through Ethics Point, the system will ask you to create a password for the report and it will assign a Report Key. Any communication from Molloy regarding the report will be done through the Ethics Point system and you will need your password and Report Key to log back into the system.
