When is Commencement?
Commencement has been scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026. Graduates must arrive at 11:30 AM. The ceremony will begin at 1pm.

Where is Commencement?
Commencement will take place at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater, located at 895 Bay Parkway, Wantagh, NY 11793.

What time do graduates arrive?
Graduates must arrive on Monday, May 18 at 11:30 AM in their cap and gown. Guests may begin arriving at the venue at Noon.

Do guests need tickets?
Yes. All guests over the age of two are required to have a ticket. Children under the age of two do not need a ticket but must be able to sit on an adult’s lap.

How many tickets does each graduate receive?
Each graduate is permitted up to 10 guest tickets.

How do I RSVP for Commencement?
Graduates must RSVP yes or no through Tassel by April 20.

Do I need to verify my name?
Yes. Graduates must confirm the correct spelling and pronunciation of their name in Tassel by April 20.

How do I obtain my tickets?
Ticket information and access instructions will be sent via email from commencement@molloy.edu.

Do I need to include guest names for tickets?
No. When claiming tickets, you may enter either the guest’s name or the graduate’s name.

How do I obtain ADA seating?
Anyone needing ADA seating must contact commencement@molloy.edu in advance. One guest will be permitted to accompany the individual requiring ADA seating.

What happens if I miss the April 20 deadline?
After April 20, any tickets on hold for you will be released and made available to other graduates.

Can I get additional tickets?
Additional tickets are not guaranteed. If extra tickets become available, graduates will be notified via email after April 27 with instructions on how to claim them.

Is parking free at Jones Beach Theater for commencement?
Yes. Parking is free for all graduates and guests attending Commencement at Jones Beach Theatre.
