How do I apply for housing?
All students who are not currently living on campus need to apply to live on campus for the following semester. To apply to live on campus:
- Visit molloy.erezlife.com
(If this is your first time on molloy.erezlife.com, you will need to activate your account. You will need your Molloy ID number and then check your email to set up your password. If you have an account with molloy.erezlife.com, please log in)
- Once logged in, click on Housing Overview
- Select the semester you are looking to live on campus and select APPLY NOW
If you are a new student at Molloy, please be aware that once you have confirmed that you will be attending Molloy University, your molloy.erezlife.com account will switch over to your Molloy email address within 48 hours. You can use this link to retrieve your Molloy username and password. You can then access your Molloy email via this link.
You can then log into molloy.erezlife.com using your Molloy email address and the password you originally created for molloy.erezlife.com. OR you can reset your password for molloy.erezlife.com.

As a current student living on campus, how do I ensure I have housing for the following semester?
Current students living on campus should follow communication sent out by Residence Life via email to follow the housing deposit due date and fill out any forms that are required to secure housing for the following semester/year.

Who should I contact if I have an issue in my residence hall?
Start with your Resident Assistant (RA). They’re trained to help with most concerns. For more serious matters, you can contact the Residence Life office. The Office of Residence Life is located in the Maria Regina Annex, directly behind Public Safety. You can also reach the office by emailing residencelife@molloy.edu or calling (516) 323-3463

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please email Residencelife@molloy.edu with any maintenance requests. For urgent issues (such as leaks or power outages), contact Residence Life (516-323-3463) or Public Safety (516-323-3500) immediately.

Are there quiet hours in the residence halls?
Yes, quiet hours are enforced to ensure a respectful living environment. Quiet Hours are in effect Sunday-Wednesday from 11 pm-8 am, Thursday from 12 am-9 am, and Friday-Saturday from 1 am-10 am. Courtesy hours are in effect 24/7.

Can I have guests stay overnight?
Same-sex overnight guests are permitted. To request an overnight guest, you must submit the Overnight Guest Request Form on molloy.erezlife.com. Once you submit it, a staff member will notify you whether your request has been approved or denied. Overnight forms must be filled out by the host and submitted by 5 pm Monday through Thursday. Overnight forms for the weekend must be submitted by 1 pm on Fridays. You are responsible for your guests’ behavior during their time on campus.

How do I change my meal plan?
Students can change their meal plan prior to the start of the semester and during the University’s Add/Drop period. After this point, meal plans cannot be changed until you select your meal plan for the following semester. Please email residencelife@molloy.edu to change your meal plan. For any specific questions about your meal plan, you can also email campusservices@molloy.edu.

How can I get involved in my residence hall community?
Attend programs hosted on campus! All programs are posted on the CORQ app and life.molloy.edu. Check out @LivingatMolloy on Instagram to stay up to date with Residence Life. If you want to learn more about how to get involved on campus or in the residential community, stop by the Office of Residence Life.

What should I do in case of an emergency?
Call Public Safety at 516-323-3500 immediately.

What should I do if I’m having a conflict with my roommate?
Try to communicate openly and respectfully with your roommate first. If the issue continues, your RA can help mediate the situation and guide you through possible solutions.

Can I change rooms or move to a different residence hall?
Please contact Residence Life to discuss any available room change options.
