Fall 2020 Housing
Fall 2020: Apply for Housing
Welcome to Molloy College!
On behalf of the Office of Residence Life, we are thrilled that you are considering living on campus. We are proud to offer students a robust community and amenities that support the mission of Molloy and allow students to live where they learn.
In order to live on campus for Fall 2020, your first step is to fill out a housing application at molloy.erezlife.com. (Note that you need to have applied to Molloy College through the Office of Admissions to be able to login to the system. You will need to click on the green "activate account" tab and use the email address that you used on your Molloy College Admissions Application. The tab at the top of this page will automatically take you to the website as well.
Applications to live on campus are then reviewed and follow up will be sent from the Office of Residence Life (Note that you have to be accepted from the Office of Admissions in order to be accepted into Housing) Once a student is accepted into housing a $500 housing deposit must be paid in order to secure a spot.
Some Important Reminders with Regards to the Housing Application:
-Please have the student fill out the housing application as it asks questions regarding living habits such as when someone prefers to study. These questions are used to help match potential roommates in the future.
-Room types are not guaranteed. Those indicated on the application are a preference. Everything will be done to honor those requests, all room placements are due to availability.
-Roommate requests will also be accepted though we can not guarantee requests. Below you will find convenient directions on how to set up a roommate profile in the system. Note that both roommates need to set up their profiles for them to be able to request each other, this ensures that the request is mutual. No request will be processed without the request being mutual.
-Roommate and room assignments are traditionally sent out in the summer after New Student Orientation. The intention with this is that students will be able to meet other members from their class and submit roommate requests after that.
Please take a look at the various amenities on this website and the detailed instructions listed below with regards to both submitting a housing application and creating a roommate profile.
As always, if there is anything that we can do please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or 516-323-3463.
