Move in Day: Monday, September 2, 2019 9:00am-4:00pm
When You Arrive on Campus
You will be directed by Public Safety and Office of Residence Life staff where to unload and where to park. Move in directions will be emailed during the last week in August to your Molloy Email Address
Look for the check-in desk at the main entrance of Fitzgerald Hall when you arrive. Important move-in information will be waiting for you at this location. Office of Residence Life staff will also be there to answer any questions you may have.
When you check into the residence halls you will be receive a schedule of events for the day including a building meeting, wing meeting, dinner and various social activities.
The Office of Residence Life, located between Maria Regina and Fitzgerald Halls will be open throughout the day and staff will be available in all 3 buildings to assist throughout the move in process.
Do you want to get a head start before Fall Move-In Day?
We will be hosting early drop off days for residents to set up their rooms and drop off any items before Move in Day. You are not permitted to stay in your room on these days. This is just an opportunity to drop off items and setup your room.
Drop off days will be hosted during the following days/times:
Thursday August 22 11:00am-3:00pm Wednesday August 28 11:00am-3:00pm
Monday August 26 11:00am-3:00pm Thursday August 29 11:00am-3:00pm
Tuesday August 27 11:00am-3:00pm

Residents MUST be cleared through the Office of the Bursar and Health Services or they will not be able to participate in Early Drop off Days. **Please keep in mind that students are only allowed to drop off items; students are NOT allowed to sleep in the residence halls during these times. **

Mailings will be distributed by Office of Residence Life Staff to the student's residence hall rooms prior to move in if you would like to send items to your room ahead of time.
Health Services Forms
All Health Services Forms must be completed and turned in prior to Thursday, August 8, 2019. Upon completion, please return all forms to the Health Services Office located in Kellenberg Hall, room 310. This may be done via email, email@example.com or faxed to 516-323-3476. If not completed, you will not be able to move into the Residence Halls.
We are including a packing list with suggestions, do's and don'ts of what to pack. Please be sure to check through it and if you have any questions please let us know.
Lions Card Brochure
The Molloy College Lions Card is your official identification while on campus and should be carried at all times. It allows for the use of one card for many college services including: On and Off Campus Dining, Laundry, Residence Hall Access, Library and more!
Zipcar is on campus for all 18+ Molloy College students. Zipcar is a car-sharing alternative to car ownership that gives members 24/7 access to vehicles parked right on campus. There are both hourly and daily rates that include gas and insurance. Members can reserve cars online or with a smartphone for as little as one hour or up to seven days. Please check with your insurance provider to find out about local coverage near Molloy College in case you ever need it. This pertains to mental health and physical health insurance.
MicroFridge® Order Form
The only refrigerators allowed on campus are MicroFridges® which are a refrigerator and microwave in one unit. Each room is equipped to handle only ONE (1) MicroFridge®. Call toll free 1-800-525-7307 or order online at www.universitylogistics.net. Please contact your roommate(s) about the need for one and to decide how you will share the cost. The last date for ordering for delivery before move in day is August 23, 2019.
