About the Buildings
With the addition of our second residence hall, there are now over 250 student beds available. There are many different housing options for our students which include single, double, or triple bedrooms and suite-style rooms. Within each room, every student is provided with a bed, dresser, wardrobe or closet, desk and desk chair. All rooms are equipped with both wireless and wired internet, phone, and cable connections. All rooms are air-conditioned. Both Fitzgerald Hall and Maria Regina Hall are co-ed facilities; however, students of opposite gender are separated by floor/wing.
There is a Resident Assistant (RA) assigned to each floor/wing. Within each building is a laundry facility, study and lounge areas, and public computers and printers. In the lower level of Maria Regina Hall there is a cardio fitness center. All operations and activities of the residence halls and the department are overseen by a professional staff consisting of the Coordinator of Residence Life and the Residence Hall Director. For more information regarding Fitzgerald Hall or Maria Regina Hall, contact the Office of Residence Life at (516) 323-3463.
