The Student Personal Counseling Center (SPCC) documents are SEPARATE from a student's academic/educational records. ONLY SPCC staff has access to them. Parents, Molloy administrators, faculty, staff or other third parties cannot obtain student records when the student of 18 year of age or older. The SPCC will maintain and retain records in a confidential manner in accordance with legal and ethical standards, except in specific situations where disclosure of information is ethically or legally required (see Informed Consent below for additional information). Aside from the typical limits of confidentiality, a student's clinical records can ONLY be disclosed if an "Authorization to Release Information" form is completed by the student.
