                    Molloy’s residential quad is located on the south side of the campus near Kellenberg Hall and the Sacred Heart Chapel. Our three state-of-the art residence halls, Fitzgerald Hall, Maria Regina Hall, and Bogner Hall, all feature: - A combination of Triple, Double, Single, and Suite-style rooms
- A security desk near the front door, staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Resident Assistants (RAs) are employed throughout the buildings and are there to:
- Provide programming
- Enhance the community
- Enforce policy
- Help residents find services they may need
 
- Air conditioning
 
Graduate Programs
Molloy University offers a number of graduate programs that will allow College of St. Rose students to make a smooth transition. Remote, hybrid and in-person learning options make meet the needs of busy people balancing work, family and school. Molloy University’s graduate faculty are also industry professionals who provide real-world experience and perspective, along with networking, internship and experiential opportunities.
Transferring Graduate Credits 
A maximum of nine semester hours or 25% of the degree program, whichever is greater, may be transferred from another accredited institution toward a master’s degree at Molloy University. Additional waivers of courses will be considered upon review by the program’s director, taking into account your special circumstances.
Cost: You’ll find the per-credit cost at Molloy University to be comparable to what you paid at Saint Rose. We also offer generous financial aid packages, including both merit- and need-based aid, to help you with the cost of attendance.
