Welcome to Financial Aid
The mission of the Financial Aid office is to provide financial resources to students who would otherwise be unable to pursue their educational and professional goals. Through institutional, federal, state and other organizations, the office coordinates the administration of all financial aid programs, ensuring equity and consistency in the awarding of funds, and timeliness in the delivery of funds while endeavoring to maintain the most efficient use of available funding.
The Financial Aid office is committed to helping students achieve their educational goals by providing personalized assistance with the following:
- Applying for Financial Aid
- Scholarships and Grants
- Federal Aid Programs
- State Aid Programs
- Additional Options for Funding Education
To receive maximum consideration for the different types of financial aid, it is recommended that students file their applications for the next academic year as soon as possible.
NOTE: Students must re-apply for financial aid every academic year. Renewal of awards is not automatic. Students with discounted tuition may not be eligible for additional institutional aid.
- The FAFSA for 25/26 has been released!. Apply! Apply! FAFSA code is 002775! Please file your 25/26 FAFSA as soon as possible. if you require assistance submitting the form, you can set up a virtual or in person appointment at FAFSAFRIDAY@Molloy.edu File your FAFSA at www.studentaid.gov
The Financial aid office is moving to PAPERLESS starting in June 2025, We will not be accepting any documents via email. You will be able to upload documents via the financial aid portal
Please note: Some documentation must be submitted in-person such as the Statement of Educational Purpose Form, Professional judgement documents, Independent override documents and any other documents that are being requsted in person

New York State Tuition Assistant Program (TAP) Application
For New York State residents only, please follow the link on the FAFSA confirmation page to complete the TAP application. Otherwise, you must wait 3-5 business days after completing the FAFSA to complete the TAP application on www.tap.hesc.ny.gov/totw/
