Bloomberg Market Concepts Certificate
Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) is an eight-hour self-paced, e-learning course that provides a visual introduction to the financial markets.
BMC consists of four modules - Economics, Currencies, Fixed Income and Equities - woven together from Bloomberg data, news, analytics and television. By taking BMC, learners familiarize themselves with the industry-standard service through four heavily interconnected modules. Learners receive a certificate of completion after finishing all modules which can be used as a micro-credential on their résumés. All Molloy registered students will be able to access and complete the certificate at the terminals located in the Trading Room and/or the adjacent smaller Bloomberg Room. There is no cost for accessing the BMC from the designated terminals.
NOTE: Bloomberg offers the option of accessing BMC remotely, rather than using the on-campus Bloomberg terminal. However, the remote option costs $149. and you would be responsible for that cost. You can register at https://talentsearch.bloomberginstitute.com/sign_up. Be sure to use your lions.molloy.edu email.
