Three Ways to Combine These Majors
1. Declare a Double Major in Psychology and Criminal Justice*
Within the 128 credits of your undergraduate degree you can complete the 121 credits of required courses for both a Psychology Major and Criminal Justice Major and use the remaining 7 credits on electives.
2. Interested in Forensic Studies?
Declare a Double Major in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a Forensic Studies Track.
Within the 128 credits of your undergraduate degree you can complete the 124 credits of required courses for both a Psychology Major and a Criminal Justice Major with a concentration in Forensics and use the remaining 4 credits on electives.
3. What about the Criminal Justice combined BS/MS program?
Declare a Double Major in Psychology and Criminal Justice and take two graduate courses during your undergraduate degree.
This course of study is very structured, requiring 127 of your 128 undergraduate credits in order to complete all of the requirements.
*NOTE: Many students major in one area of study and minor in the other if they are not able to complete a double major.
