Whatever information a faculty member has on their screen (PowerPoints, handouts, videos, etc.) you will see on your device. - A camera is not necessary, but if you do have one the faculty member will be able to see you. - Students can call in using a phone line, by using the microphone and speakers on the computer, or by using a headphone with a microphone. - During part of the class, especially while the faculty member is lecturing, you will probably be put you on mute. Otherwise any background noise: breathing, dog barking, doorbell ringing, is going to come through.
