Given our current situation and the recent announcement by Governor Cuomo to extend the shutdown in NY to May 15, we will not be able to offer our conferences this year. We have canceled all conferences for this year rather than trying to re-schedule it for later in the year and we will look to offer conferences again in 2021.

Cancer Care Conferences
Neurological Tumors: Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment (2 contact hours)
Tuesday, March 10, 2020 ● Madison Theater, Rockville Centre campus
Molloy College, the Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center offers two cancer care programs on different cancer care topics during the evening from 6-8:30 p.m. every fall (usually in October/November) and spring (usually March/April). The conferences are offered at no charge, includes a light dinner and are held in the Madison Theatre in the Public Square Building on Molloy's Rockville Centre campus located at 1000 Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre, New York, 11571. This program is open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend, including healthcare professionals, students and the general public.

Annual Palliative Care Conference (5.5 contact hours)
Friday, May 29, 2020: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ● Madison Theater, Rockville Centre campus
Molloy College, in collaboration with community partners, offers an annual Palliative Care Conference in late May or early June from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Madison Theater at Molloy's Rockville Centre campus. The agenda for the day will includes a Keynote Session and a series of topics offered during three concurrent sessions. Breakfast and lunch are included. The main objective of the conference is for the participants to enhance their ability to provide professional, competent, empathetic care to patients and their families. 5.5 Nursing contact hours will be awarded.
