Brian O'Neill M.B.A.
Brian O'Neill is a seasoned professional with corporate, government, small business, and not-for-profit project experience. During his career, he has focused on streamlining business processes and implementing technology, most recently as an independent consultant.
His professional experience includes serving as the initial Director of the Office of Business Strategies and Solutions for a large City of New York agency. He cultivated a cohesive team comprised of individuals from different countries (including China, India, Mexico, Sweden, and Turkey) with varied skill sets. Together, they designed and implemented strategies and systems to support the diverse needs of program directors. Under his supervision, they conducted analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, user support, and operations activities for systems used at over 1,000 sites. Prior to his government position, he worked as a consultant at CGI and began his career at Unisys in the suburbs of Chicago. As a consultant, he traveled to various states, including Pennsylvania and Michigan, to serve clients. Brian received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in MIS and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Marquette University with a concentration in organizational management. He is currently enrolled in Creighton University's hybrid Doctorate of Business Administration program. Brian began teaching at Molloy as an adjunct instructor in 2017 and is now a full-time management instructor.
