Two Tracks

  • APRN (NP specialties and Adult Gerontology CNS)

    Designed for advanced practice nurses who want to expand their clinical expertise and lead improvements in patient care. This track prepares graduates to translate evidence into practice, improve healthcare outcomes, and influence the future of advanced nursing through leadership, quality improvement, and systems-level thinking.

  • Executive Leadership

    Ideal for nurses seeking leadership roles beyond direct patient care. This track focuses on organizational leadership, healthcare systems, policy, and strategic decision-making, preparing graduates to lead teams, improve healthcare delivery, and drive meaningful change across organizations and communities.

Three Pathways

  • BS to DNP

    For registered nurses who hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and are ready to earn the highest practice-focused nursing degree. This pathway allows students to advance their education while preparing for leadership, advanced clinical practice, and improved patient outcomes through a streamlined doctoral curriculum.

  • MS to DNP

    Designed for master's-prepared registered nurses who want to build on their graduate education and strengthen their leadership, clinical scholarship, and systems improvement skills. This pathway prepares graduates to implement evidence-based practice, improve quality of care, and lead healthcare innovation.

  • Advanced Certification to DNP

    Created for board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialists who are seeking doctoral advancement. This pathway builds on existing clinical expertise while expanding knowledge in leadership, healthcare policy, quality improvement, and population health, preparing graduates to make a broader impact on healthcare systems.
