Undergraduate Programs 


Through our Undergraduate Programs, students earn either a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree leading to New York State Initial Teaching Certification.  

Degrees are awarded in a variety of areas including: 

  • Childhood Education (Grades 1-6)/Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2). 
  • Childhood Education (Grades 1-6)/Special Education (PreK-12)  
  • Adolescent Education (Grades 7-12) or Adolescent (Grades 7-12)/Special Education (PreK-12) with content specialties in Biology, Earth Science, English, Mathematics, Social Studies or Spanish 
  • Music Education (PreK-12) 
  • Visual Arts Education (PreK-12)

Dual Degree Programs 


Our dual degree programs allow you to earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree simultaneously, preparing you for New York State Initial Teacher certification in multiple fields. Specializations include: 

  • Childhood Education (Grades 1-6)/Educational Technology (PreK-12) 
  • Childhood (Grades 1-6)/Special Education (PreK-12)

 Graduate Programs 


Through our Graduate Programs, students earn a Master of Science degree leading to New York State Initial or Professional Teaching Certification. Molloy University’s graduate education programs are delivered in a blended format for maximum flexibility.
