Educational Leadership Department Vision Statement

Grounded in the four pillars of Dominican life (study, spirituality, community, and service) that drive Molloy University’s mission and vision, the educational leadership department seeks to create transformative, equity-oriented educational leaders who respond ethically and with integrity to a changing world. Graduates of Molloy’s Educational Leadership programs will have a deep understanding of educational challenges within diverse learning communities. They will serve as change advocates and work collaboratively to translate theory and research into policy and practice to further social justice.
