Accounting is the language of business. The public relies on accountants’ expertise to evaluate financial statements, comply with regulations, and budget for financial success. Emphasizing analytical and technical applications, Molloy’s accounting graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills to become leaders in the world of accounting.

The curriculum is designed so that students can prepare for and pass the CPA exam. Our CPA pass rates are among the highest in the region. Students can also choose to pursue a managerial accounting role in companies of all sizes.

The Accounting minor consists of 18 credits (6 courses) which provides a strong foundation in the discipline.

The Dual Degree Program allows students to pursue both undergraduate and graduate courses as part of their undergraduate program of study. If you choose this option, you can earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) within five years.

    Our School's Business Career Coordinator begins working with students as early as their first year to secure an internship.

    Molloy's Business degrees require the completion of one internship, while many business students complete multiple internships throughout their academic journey.

    Students meet with our Business Career Coordinator to construct a resume and cover letter, develop networking strategies, prepare for interviews, and research potential employers within various industries.

  • CPA Exam Success

    Accounting graduates of the Molloy University School of Business consistently have one of the best CPA pass rates in the region.
