C. for U.S. Government officials including representatives of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General and Transportation Security Administration, as well as executives from the Government of the District of Columbia, focusing on techniques for risk avoidance, safeguarding assets, complying with laws and regulations and stopping fraud, theft and other illicit behavior.
December 2016 - Delivered a presentation: "Identifying and Eliminating Impediments to the Missions of Supreme Audit Institutions Can Enhance Transparency, Oversight and Accountability, Help Eliminated Fraud, Waste and Abuse and Encourage Investment," at a conference of the International Consortium on Governmental Financial Management, hosted by the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. The conference theme was "Microeconomic Benefits of Strong Public Financial Management Practices."
