The High School and Pre-College programs at Molloy College help students discover their own unique path to academic success. Our high school scholars program gives students a chance to earn college credit for classes they are already taking in high school. Our summer academy program lets students network, participate in discussions and engage in helpful activities to get a glimpse of the Molloy life exprience. We also have other programs such as Molloy Business Bootcamp, Energia For Teens, and Molloy College Rising Stars to suit a variety of student's different needs to take their education to the next level.

  • Molloy Summer Academies

    Through these unique and exciting program opportunities, you'll participate in INTERACTIVE DISCUSSIONS, hear from GUEST SPEAKERS, and engage in HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES with our faculty and student ambassadors. Enjoy socializing and NETWORKING with your fellow classmates during FUN-FILLED campus events. OUR ACADEMIES are open to high school students entering their junior or senior year.

    The High School Scholars Program provides students with an opportunity to earn college credit at a reduced rate for the courses that they are already taking in high school. Classes are taught at our partner high schools by approved teachers.

  • Energeia for Teens

    In line with the Molloy College mission of providing transformative education, Energeia for Teens was modeled after its adult leadership academy and launched in 2009. Molloy cares deeply about the development of ethical leadership and believes in the role and power of young adults in making a difference throughout Long Island communities. Energeia is a Greek word used by Aristotle to describe the demonstration of inner character in deeds. It is goodness plus efficiency; it is focused, purposeful, meaningful, effective, and energetic action.

  • Molloy Business Bootcamp

    Are you a high-achieving junior in high school who is seriously considering majoring in business in college? If so, you probably wonder which business careers might be a good fit for you. You will be challenged by interactive seminars with our executive-based faculty of former Treasurers and CFOs on Wall Street, as well as leaders of other major business firms. These seasoned executives will also provide career coaching to help guide you in the right direction.

  • Molloy College Rising Stars

    The Rising Star Summer Camp is a community-based collaboration between local school districts, the Nassau County District Attorney's Office and Molloy College. The program has been in existence since 1998 and enjoys an excellent reputation amongst the participating school districts, parents and Molloy College students.

    The program offers Molloy College students an opportunity to work directly with N.Y.S. Certified Teachers and the participating children. College students are assigned to designated children and spend the summer as a mentor, coach, and teacher in areas of academics, creative arts, sports and off-campus trips.
