Molloy University - 2026 Healthcare Workforce Development Grant
Please NOTE: 2026 Summer Application is open. Molloy University is offering Workforce Development Scholarships to help Long Island residents who want to work in the healthcare field but need financial support to enroll in a course or program.
Job coaching is also provided free of charge.
Examples of Molloy courses that could be covered by the scholarship:
Certificate Programs

One semester in a degree program:
•AS Cardiovascular Technology
•MBA Healthcare Administration
•MS Clinical Mental Health Counseling
•BS or MS Communication Sciences &Disorders
•BS Health Service Leadership
•BS Music Therapy
•BS Nuclear Medicine Technology
•Nursing, including LPN to BS
•BS Respiratory Care
•BSW Social Work

Who is eligible for a Workforce Development Scholarship?
- You live/work on Long Island:
- You are interested in pursuing a course, certificate, or degree to start or advance your career in the healthcare field.
- You will take the class(es) through Molloy University in 2026.
- You can show proof that you qualify for assistance programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, work study, Pell or TAP grants, or free/reduced school lunch.
