The Molloy University Governance Structure

The Molloy University Governance Structure exists to facilitate effective decision making for the University for the overall good of the College. It is designed to enable representatives of the four constituencies–administration, faculty, staff, and students to work together in a collegial manner by defining roles and responsibilities, fostering effective communication, and facilitating campus-wide participation in the life of the University.

The duties stated in this document do not supersede position descriptions, the Constitution and By-Laws of the Administrators’ Council, the Constitution and By-Laws of the Faculty Council, the Constitution and By-Laws of the Molloy Student Government, or the By-Laws of the Staff Advisory Group.
