Lisa Miller headshotLisa Miller has served as Molloy University’s Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator since 1999. During her tenure, she has helped guide the University through a period of exceptional growth and transformation.

Her deep understanding of complex legal and regulatory matters, combined with her strong commitment to Molloy’s mission and service values, has been instrumental to this progress. Supported by an outstanding Human Resources team, Lisa continues to help the University navigate significant legislative developments affecting Title IX and human resources practices across higher education.

Throughout her career at Molloy, Lisa has contributed her expertise to a wide range of committees. She currently chairs the Health and Welfare Committee and the Pension Committee, and serves on the Collegial Committee, the Coordinated Community Response Team, the Policy Review Committee, and the Siena Center for Social Justice. One of her proudest achievements is introducing the Empowerment Skills for Leaders Program to Molloy and the broader higher education community—a program that brings together emerging and experienced leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue and development around leadership principles and practice.

Lisa’s professional reputation extends well beyond Molloy; her colleagues across the region frequently recognize and seek out her expertise. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MSILR in Human Resources through a joint program between Cornell University and Baruch College
