Mission


The mission of Black Equity Alliance Affinity Group (BEAAG) is to empower Black employees within the Molloy University to advocate for equitable treatment and opportunities, to amplify their voices, and promote advancement. BEAAG strives to provide a platform for open dialogue and collaboration. BEAAG strives to effect positive change in this workplace and beyond. BEAAG is committed to supporting one another and to building a more inclusive and equitable future for all employees.
