Planning is the systematic approach to fulfilling Molloy’s mission and achieving the institution’s vision for the future. The Planning process is cyclical in nature, with year-end evaluations that feed into the development of operational plans for the coming year. This ensures that annual operating plans are aligned with the overall institutional Strategic Plan, and meet or exceed the standards set by the institution’s accrediting body, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, as well as any other program-level accrediting bodies.
The purpose of these pages is to explain how Molloy will go about its Strategic Planning process and related planning endeavors. Molloy values the opinions and expertise of all members of the community and understands the importance of shared governance. As such, Molloy is committed to a Planning process that is both transparent and inclusive.
