Service Requests
Equipment request form - Please use this form to schedule delivery of technology equipment to your classroom or if you need assistance using classroom technology on a specific date. If you need equipment on a recurring basis, fill out the form and then follow-up with an e-mail to dfriedrich@molloy.edu, helpdesk@molloy.edu.
Work order entry - Please use the work order entry system to request assistance or to report non-working technology. It is vital that if you are running a class or other event that needs technology or assistance using technology, that you let us know utilizing one of these methods. These systems allow us to keep track of everything and provide seamless service to the community.
