Service Requests
Equipment request form: Use this form to schedule delivery of technology equipment to your classroom or if you need assistance using classroom technology on a specific date. If you need equipment on a recurring basis, fill out the form and then follow-up with an email to dfriedrich@molloy.edu, helpdesk@molloy.edu
Work order entry: Use the work order entry system to request assistance or to report non-working technology.
It is vital that if you are running a class or other event that needs technology or assistance using technology, that you let us know utilizing one of these methods.
