Video Installation - March 2010
The Molloy College Art Gallery will present a video installation titled IMMERSION: Life/Water/Space. The installation is part of Molloy College's celebration of Earth Week and will be on view from April 8 through April 28, 2010.
Filmmakers Aoife Nugent and Jeremy Leach have documented the ecology and many waterways of Long Island. The innovative film will be shown throughout the day in the gallery. There will be a Question and Answer session and reception with the filmmakers on Thursday, April 22 at 3 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
Molloy College Art Gallery Presents the Long Island Arts Council Photography Winners
The Molloy College Art Gallery will present the three winners of the Long Island Arts Council 30th Annual Photography Exhibition. The three winners include the Best in Show, Doug Going; Second Place, Mark Lozier; and Third Place, Don Hunerberg.
The photographs will be on view from July 16 through August 31, 2010. There will be an artists' reception on Friday July 16 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.. The public is invited to attend.

Molloy College Art Gallery Exhibits The National League of American Pen Women - Long Island Branch
The Molloy College Art Gallery will exhibit the National League of American Pen Woman-Long Island branch from November 4 through December 17, 2010. The organization was founded in 1897 realizing a need that would include women of the press. It brought together women journalists, authors and illustrators, for "strength and the mutual benefit and the strength that comes from union."
The Long Island branch has over 100 members who exhibit throughout the tri-state area. The exhibition will feature over 40 works from active members. The National League of American Pen Women, Inc. was founded in 1897 and incorporated in 1918.
There will be an opening reception on Thursday, November 4 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
