Molloy Students among the Most Distinguished Paralegal Scholars in the Country
The Molloy College Chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX), the National Honor Society for Legal and Paralegal Studies, held its inaugural induction ceremony on May 23, 2017.
Students and graduates were recognized for their outstanding academic achievement in our Legal Studies Minor and Paralegal Studies Certificate Program. Dean Kathleen Maurer Smith was recognized for her unwavering support of the Minor/Program.
Students in the Legal Studies Minor or Paralegal Studies Program with a 3.5 or higher GPA in Legal Studies courses are eligible for induction into LEX. Undergraduates also need a minimum 3.25 general GPA.
We can proudly say that our LEX members are among the most distinguished paralegal scholars in the country.
Each undergraduate student who successfully completes the Legal Studies Minor automatically earns a Paralegal Studies Certificate. Continuing Education students who complete the curriculum of the Paralegal Studies Program also earn a Certificate.
