Living the Mission in El Salvador

At Molloy College, our International Education Program helps our students grasp their personal goals by reaching out and encompassing the world and what is has to offer.

Sr. Diane Capuano from Campus Ministries started a program with her Dominican partner, Sister Flor de Maria Buruca (Dominican Sister of Amityville and graduate of Molloy College), in El Salvador. For the past five years, she has selected several Molloy students to take part in running a camp for the children in the village of Sol Naciente.

With Sr. Diane's help, these students are living the Mission.

Read the reflections written by two of our students Joseph Marino and Edward Cramsie.

This year the selected students are:

Back row are alumnus Tom Malinowski and students Bethany Pincus, Elizabeth Meittinis, Joey Marino, and front row are Eddie Cramsie and Jeffrey Lozano.
