An Introduction to Molloy in the News from President Lentini

Video Transcript

Hi everyone, I’m President Jim Lentini and I want to welcome you to the first edition of In the News, a chance to highlight some of the important work being done by so many of you every day.

If you are like me, you are beyond happy to see that spring is on its way. After everything the world has endured over the last 15 months or so, it is refreshing to finally have things BEGINNING to feel normal. We are not there yet but we are optimistic that next fall will be as close to normal as we’ve had in more than a year. I want to thank you all for working so hard during these extreme times and hopefully better things will be in store for all of us in the very near future.

Before I go, I just want to point out that there are so many newsworthy items in this first issue of Molloy In the News, including:

  • Recognition for our School of Business, and also for our School of Education and Human Services;
  • A spotlight on individual faculty for all that they do; and
  • Details of an exciting, seven-figure grant that will enable multiple academic departments to provide medical care to local communities.

We hope you enjoy the latest news!
