Honors Students to Present at Prestigious Conference
The following Honors Students Grace Crockett, Emily Cruz, Kristin Lacy, Mary Roedig, Sarah Estevez, Lisa Waterhouse, Charlene Abogado, Gina Guido, Jacquelyn Ehmer, Tanina DiLeo and Austin Verdejo who were all selected to present their papers and research at the Northeast Regional Honors Conference, April 11 - 14, 2019 in Baltimore, MD.
Grace Crockett, Emily Cruz and Kristen Lacy will be presenting their research on "Homelessness Through a Global Lens" as part of a panel discussion. Mary Roedig, Sarah Estevez, Lisa Waterhouse, Charlene Abogado, Gina Guido, Jacquelyn Ehmer, Tanina DiLeo will present their paper on "Veganism: Just Another Fad or a New Way of Life?" and Austin Verdejo, Art Major, will present a paper titled "Graffiti's Call for Social Change."
A special thanks to Dr. Kathleen Lamaute for her guidance and mentorship to the students enrolled in her Honors Capstone Seminar courses during the Fall Semester whose work was accepted for this event.
