Position: Registration Coordinator

Department: Continuing Education and Professional Development

Supervisor: Assistant to the Dean, Continuing Education and Professional Development

Full Time, Non-Exempt: Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. & Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Grade/Salary Range: 2

General Purpose: Oversee CEPS registration process including payments, credit cards, cash/check refunds. Assuring that student records are accurate and all online registrations are documented and correct. Maintains student financial activity. Prepare and process credit card payments, bank deposits. Revenue and reconciliation reports as well as end of fiscal years reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer/student service. Registrations, payments, withdrawals, refunds and update of course information. Email and online and in person contact
  • Generate daily reports to Accounting office pertaining to online credit usage and preparation of revenue reports as we as bank reports and deposits
  • Review and answer all CEPD inquiries
  • Controlling data into registration system (Aceware). Input, upgrades, backups, etc

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Aceware/CEPS registration system
  • Some college

Supervision Exercised: None.

Tools and Equipment Used:
Such as: PC and Microsoft applications; PC terminal including registration and credit card software; telephone; 10-key calculator; copy machine/fax/scanner.
