Clinical Mental Health Counseling Part-Time Professor

The Master of Science Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) at Molloy College is seeking a part-time professor to teach an evening course in our counseling department. Current openings are available in the evening during June and/or July. The CMHC program is a part-time New York State registered graduate program, which is academically rigorous and taught in both lecture and an experiential format. We are looking for an energetic adjunct with expertise in the following area: marriage and family therapy. Requirements for the position include a doctoral degree in counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program and night-time availability for teaching the course and office hours as needed. Prior graduate level teaching experience as well as clinical teaching experience is required. A strong counselor educator identity and New York State licensure are a plus. Applicants with prior experience teaching and practicing family and marriage therapy and those with experience teaching developmental counseling and issues in counseling and spirituality at the graduate level should apply.
