Full-Time Tenure Track Faculty Line Discipline: Management
The Division of Business at Molloy College invites applications for a Full-Time tenure-track faculty position in the area of Management. The candidate must have demonstrated ability in teaching Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, and Business Ethics.
A relevant doctorate is required from an accredited institution. Candidates must be able to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level and have day, evening, and weekend availability. Teaching methods will include traditional, hybrid, and online. In addition, senior leadership experience is required. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability coupled with strong communication skills, must be demonstrated.
Publications or presentations in field is preferred. Successful applicants will be expected to teach 12 credits per academic semester, advise students, act as a club or business competition advisor, engage in meaningful scholarly research, participate in nonacademic college activities, and attend division and college-wide faculty meetings and other related activities as required by the Dean of the Division of Business.
The full-time position includes the option to participate in the Molloy College health, dental and vision plans, as well as the option to participate in the retirement annuity and supplemental annuity plans.
