Adjunct Professor in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Exceptional opportunity for a dedicated counseling professional to be part of this private, comprehensive college with an outstanding academic reputation.

The Master of Science Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) at Molloy College is seeking an adjunct professor to teach an evening course in our counseling department during the months of June and/or July. The CMHC program is a CACREP accredited and NYS registered graduate program which is academically rigorous yet taught part-time and in the evening to accommodate our students' schedules. Our courses are taught in both lecture and experiential format.

Requirements include a doctoral degree in counseling or related field and night time availability for teaching the course and office hours. Candidates with a completed master's degree, graduate teaching experience, and extensive clinical experience in the mental health field will considered. Areas of specialty needed are: career counseling, addictions, and advanced topics in psychotherapy. A strong counselor educator identity and NYS licensure are a plus.
