Full Time Tenure Track Faculty Position: Accounting

The School of Business at Molloy College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Accounting. Applicants should possess an earned doctoral degree or a master's degree in a related field. ABD will be also be considered. Successful applicants must hold a current New York State CPA license. The School of Business at Molloy employs an executive-based learning model and, thus, prospective faculty require significant business experience. Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the traditional accounting curriculum including: financial, managerial, and cost accounting, auditing, taxation, accounting information systems and governmental and not-for-profit accounting. Candidates should also be adept at incorporating accounting analytics into their courses. Teaching modalities include both traditional, hybrid, and online. A preference will be given for candidates with previous teaching experience and publications or presentations in the field.

Molloy School of Business faculty are expected to advise students, act as club or business competition advisors, engage in meaningful scholarly research, participate in non-academic college activities, and attend School of Business and college-wide faculty meetings and all other related activities as required by the Dean of the School of Business.
