Changes of Personal Information

To ensure prompt receipt of college mailings, students should report changes in address or phone number (directory information) to the Office of the Registrar. Changes in name or social security must include appropriate documentation. Continuing students who have PINS may correct their directory information in the Lion's Den by selecting "My Personal Info" in the menu. Students may also download the student information sheet and submit the signed request to the Office of the Registrar. The fax number is 516.256.2232.
