Bursar Mission Statement

The bursar office produces accurate and timely student invoices to collect and process payments, issue refunds and to ensure the timely deposit of funds. We are committed to superior quality service to help our students and their families meet their financial obligations to the college. We strive to provide accurate and immediate responses and take the appropriate actions regarding all inquiries concerning student accounts.

Through the team work and spirit of our unit, that is the bursar's office and our ally, the financial aid office, we are determined to provide quality service from a dynamically deployed professional staff. We strive to create an environment that supports all of our customers. Our students, families, administrative areas and external third parties can expect to experience a consistent, fair-minded and informed application of Molloy's policies and procedures.
