Summer hours (mid July to early September)
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday Office closed.


The Office of the Bursar is in the Wilbur Arts Center, Room W225 and provides financial services and support to the students, faculty and various academic and administrative departments of Molloy College. We constantly strive to provide timely and accurate information on all matters relevant to your financial obligations at Molloy.

Fall and Spring Semester

Please note that the fall semester billing statements are mailed July 15 and are due in early August. Spring semester billing statements are mailed December 15 and are due in early January.

Nursing Students

Nursing graduation applicants should note that a bursar hold will prevent any release of official academic documents such as diplomas and transcripts, as well as academic approvals to sit for state examinations.

Past Due Accounts

Personal checks will not be accepted for past due student account balances. A zero balance is required on your student account or there will be a bursar hold recorded to prevent registration.

Holiday Hours
