Archives and Records Center
The Archives and Records Center is tasked with collecting, preserving, interpreting and providing access to resources relevant to the history of the college and its culture. Basically, we keep and preserve everything associated with Molloy College. We are the keepers of old photos, outdated textbooks and the office responsible for keeping the 1950's nursing uniforms in showcase-ready condition. The records services program operated by the archives is Molloy's first formal records management initiative and ensures the consistent and cost-effective management of records throughout their life cycle - from creation to their final disposition.
We are committed to:
- Ensure responsible management of Molloy College's records as valuable resources and assets
- Acquire and preserve records of enduring value produced by the College offices, faculty, students and alumni
- Encourage and assist the college community to study and make use of its documentary heritage through exhibits, presentations and published resources
