Residential life program to open at Molloy College in the fall.
May 24, 2011
This fall, for the first time in the school's history, Molloy College will have a residential life program for its students. One hundred-fifty students are expected to live in Molloy's first-ever residence hall community, and there are still a limited number of beds available for interested students. Six resident advisors will oversee the students, who will enjoy a variety of living options that include singles, doubles and suite-style (six beds to a suite).
"These students will be part of our inaugural residence class and will have the opportunity to shape and influence Molloy's culture in a very unique way," said Steve Ostendorff, Molloy's director of residence life. "We are also developing additional social events and an intramural sports program, and we are planning trips to Broadway shows, sporting events, concerts and other activities on Long Island and in the metro area."
