Molloy students presented at Higher Education conference
Molloy College students presented to an international audience at the AHEAD (Association of Higher Education and Disability) conference in Baltimore, Maryland on July 13. This year's conference had 1200 attendees.
Molloy students included: Erica Albury, Joseph Antony, Pauline Brennan, Anthony Blanc, Dan Emerson, Christopher De Jesus, Paul Fries, Sara Papasodero. The students participated in three separate sessions. The first one was a roundtable entitled, "Current Students Challenging Professional Perspectives: Nothing About Us Without Us!" and was a collaboration with individuals from the University at Buffalo, University of South Carolina, University of Minnesota. and the Harvard Kennedy School. The other two presentations were ALL about Molloy College, both entitled, "Students STEEPed in LEADership," referring to both DSS/STEEP and the LEAD club.
