Cocktails and Conversation with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand

Molloy's own Dr. Kathleen Lamaute from the Nursing Division was a guest at the Off the Sidelines event with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, at the home of Senator Mary Landrieu in Washington, DC.
"On June 13, I represented the American Nurses Association at Senator Mary Landrieu's home in Washington D.C.. This was a reception and discussion with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. The focus is to encourage women to make a difference in their communities through voting, advocating for causes important to them, fighting for economic parity and empowerment and becoming candidates for political office," said Dr. Lamaute.
Lamaute is chairperson of the Individual Member of the American Nurses Association and was asked to attend.
"It was a terrific experience," said Lamaute.
